This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order under UK consumer law and our storeโ€™s additional terms.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day cancellation period begins:

3. Returning Items After Cancellation

After notifying us of your cancellation:

  • You have 14 days to return the items.
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition, preferably in original packaging with all parts included.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.


5. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund right away.

If the order has already shipped, you can still cancel and return it after delivery.


6. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following items cannot be cancelled unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order or customised products
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened (where applicable)
  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

You are entitled to a free return, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
